1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Doxit.ai ("Doxit", "the Service"), a product of HOOBR B.V., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Doxit is an AI-powered document generation platform that transforms audio recordings, uploaded documents, and text into professional documents including meeting reports, summaries, task lists, analyses, and more. The Service is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) accessible via web browser and mobile applications.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with third parties
• Keep your contact information up to date
• Be at least 16 years of age to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Record conversations without the consent of all parties where required by law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Use the Service for any automated or systematic data collection (scraping, mining)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to or create using the Service, including audio recordings, documents, and AI-generated outputs. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Platform

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality (excluding your content), is and remains the exclusive property of HOOBR B.V. The Doxit name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of HOOBR B.V.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Doxit offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.

• Free trial: New users may access limited features at no cost.
• Upgrades: You may upgrade your plan at any time. The new rate will be prorated from the date of change.
• Downgrades: You may downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience technical issues, contact our support team.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

7. AI-Generated Content

Documents generated by Doxit are created using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed for accuracy before use. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before distribution or use in any official capacity. Doxit and HOOBR B.V. are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to maintain the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HOOBR B.V. and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Privacy & Data. Account deletion is subject to a 48-hour grace period, after which all data is permanently removed.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
